UPDATE Moose Jaw severe thunderstorm watch ends
Environment Canada has ended the Severe Thunderstorm Watch for Moose Jaw and surrounding areas.
They say that current conditions are favourable for the development of severe thunderstorms that may be capable of producing strong wind gusts, large hail and heavy rain.
Remember, severe thunderstorms can produce tornadoes.

Severe thunderstorm watches are issued when atmospheric conditions are favourable for the development of thunderstorms that could produce one or more of the following: large hail, damaging winds, torrential rainfall
The National Weather Service in Pueblo has issued a Severe Thunderstorm Warning for central El Paso County until 2 p.m., MDT.
According to the NWS, at 1:26 p.m., a severe thunderstorm was located near Schriever Air Force Base, 19 miles east of Colorado Springs, moving east at 10 mph.
Wind gusts of 60 mph can occur with penny size hail. People can expect damage to roofs, siding and trees.
Locations impacted include: Eastern Colorado Springs, Schriever AFB, Ellicott and Falcon.
While Environment Canada’s Severe Thunderstorm Watches have ended for the Kenora and Dryden areas, a Severe Thunderstorm Warning remains in effect in the Sioux Lookout, Pickle Lake, Lac Seul, Ear Falls, Wabaseemoong and Red Lake areas.
Isolated thunderstorms northwest of the Kenora area moved eastward through the region today. A tornado was reported near the Wabasemoong Independent Nation area, but no reports of injuries or damage have been reported as of yet.
Residents are reminded to take cover immediately if threatening weather approaches.
