The traditional Hawaiian Light yoga class is a high intensity vinyasa class that is based on traditional and modern yoga principles and is designed to build strength, stamina, flexibility and balance. An intense yoga practice in which you will work through a series of challenging postures that will involve, but not be controlled by, your body. While holding each position for 60 seconds, your muscles will simultaneously contract, and your heart rate will increase, causing your muscles to contract, and you to begin to sweat. You will feel the burn while working your entire body, and the sweat that will condense onto your body will be your body's response to the burn.

The class is held in our gym at our new location located inside the building #16. Our friendly group of instructors can be seen throughout the week leading the weekly flow training along side our talented instructor Justin Spangler.


All levels welcome. Focused on providing an effective, effective and healthy training environment that will have you improving on all your fitness goals. Our classes will inspire, challenge, and delight you. Come learn the art of yoga. This training is suitable for all levels from beginners to experienced yogis as well as advanced practitioners. We utilize individualized instruction to make sure you get the best of your bodywork and massage therapy. Come and be challenged!

The Yoga & Life Skills (YAALS) program is designed by Alyssa Vayles-Sadek who came from an elite community in Brooklyn where her parents were teachers. She has been teaching since 2012 and was instrumental into bringing yoga into the general public through her own personal practice. It is about finding one's voice using awareness and inspiration at every step of your life!
